We do require everyone who throws to wear closed-toed shoes, but other than that, just wear something comfortable.
Axe-throwing participants need to be 18+ years of age. Note that if our staff has reason to doubt the capabilities of a participant to throw an axe safely, they will not allow it regardless of age.
No, the only equipment that is permitted is provided by MIX.
